On
the surface more classic Alchemy Gothic fantasy,
but in fact the Lord Byron Skull Goblet was inspired
by the episode when the young poet discovered a
skull in the grounds of his ancestral home in 1808.
He had it fashioned into a goblet, from which his
guests drank burgundy, something Byron commemorated
with a poem, and we commemorate with this striking
recreation, one of Alchemy’s range of goblets
that invite you to imbibe a little history. |
